Neighborhoods

There are three distinct sections within Prouts Neck as described below and labeled on the map.

The Upper Neck comprises all the properties within the actual peninsula. This mostly gated area is the largest and includes significant ocean front properties overlooking the dramatic rocky coastline and inland homes peacefully abutting a serene sanctuary.

The Lanes, Harmon Street & Smithers Way comprises five private lanes which dead end at Scarborough Beach. This second largest neighborhood contains a mix of charming smaller cottages and larger beachfront homes and offers easy access to majestic Scarborough Beach.

Ferry Road and Pinewood Circle comprises Ferry Road, which dead ends at Ferry Beach and Pinewood Circle, a U-shaped road. This community is the smallest and represents a diverse group of summer cottages and year-round residences that feature lovely wooded and golf course views and convenient access to beautiful Ferry Beach.
